Throughout his career, Dakota has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise, and dedication. His experience has helped him build a successful career in Colorado Springs and throughout the Colorado homebuilding industry.
Dakota’s Real Estate Connection
After arriving in Colorado, Dakota began his career in construction management and real estate. He quickly established himself as a skilled leader in the homebuilding industry. In the early 2000s, he worked as a Construction Superintendent and Estimator for Pulte Homes. During that time, he managed the construction of 480 homes, including 40 homes in December 2003 alone. Dakota also helped train and mentor new Construction Superintendents. His leadership played an important role in developing the next generation of construction professionals.

In January 2010, Dakota joined G.J. Gardner Homes in Colorado Springs as an Area Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. He designed, sold, and closed hundreds of custom homes during his time with the company. His success earned him Salesperson of the Year honors for five consecutive years, from 2012 through 2016. In the fall of 2020, Dakota and Jenny founded Structure Custom Builds. Since then, they have focused on building luxury custom homes throughout Colorado.
